Landmark Child Care Inc. is looking for a child care director to run their school age program in Landmark, Manitoba. The centre is licensed for 38 child care spaces – 10 kindergarten children, and 28 school age children. The centre is looking to expand and hope the right candidate will accept this endeavor.

Landmark Child Care Inc. is an inclusive, nonprofit school age program located in Landmark Elementary School. We provide a safe environment for children to develop their physical, emotional, and social needs. We provide a safe environment that parents can bring their children to, while they are bettering their economic outlook without worry or stress.

*The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and provides exceptional management to all areas of the center.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Manage a team of 4; includes effective leadership, providing feedback, developing team members, recruitment, and selection of ECE/CCAs.
-Communicate with parents providing information, updates, and other.
-Manage workflow and overseeing programming; includes scheduling, ratios, staffing.
-Providing input to the team managing the construction of a new center.
-General finance tasks such as issuing bills and receiving payments.
-Support and represent the community of Landmark and the surrounding communities.

Education and Experience
-ECE 3 Education, most preferred. ECE 2 resumes will be accepted.
-Related experience in childcare center management or assistant management.

-Salary in line with the ELCC wage scale
