Splash Early Learning Centre is growing so we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Child Care Assistant to join our vibrant team.

As a hands-on role model, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and implementing a nature-based emergent curriculum that is inclusive, challenging, and holistic. In this role, you will be responsible for the collaborative planning, implementation, and daily operation of our curriculum, ensuring all activities are documented and align with children's interests and developmental objectives. Your responsibilities will include nurturing child development through positive guidance techniques, creating an inviting learning environment, and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. You'll ensure the dignified treatment of all children, adhere to safety protocols, and actively participate in maintaining a clean and organized learning space.
We are looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of early learning best practices, exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development. You are a passionate, hands-on educator ready to be a true role model within a vibrant team! Splash Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated individual who thrives on supporting others by actively doing and contributing to an environment where every child truly flourishes. With
- Your CCA certification/classification in Manitoba.
- 2 years of experience
- Current First Aid Level C & AED.
- Current clear Criminal Record Check( within the last 3 months)
- Current clear Child Abuse Registry Check (within the last 3 months)
- Completion of Commit to Kids training( 2 certificates)
- A fantastic work ethic and top-notch people skills.
- A genuine love for all children and the great outdoors!
- Bonus points for Circle of Security training
- Experience with Emergent play-based/land-based learning!
