Splash Early Learning Centre is growing so we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Child Care Assistant to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the collaborative planning, implementation, and daily operation of our curriculum, ensuring all activities are documented and align with children's interests and developmental objectives. Your responsibilities will include nurturing child development through positive guidance techniques, creating an inviting learning environment, and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. You'll ensure the dignified treatment of all children, adhere to safety protocols, and actively participate in maintaining a clean and organized learning space.
