Full Description

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clear and current criminal record
  • Clear and current child abuse registry check with vulnerable sector search 
  • Completed Commit to Kids training
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificate
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Familiar with Play based/ Emergent Curriculum 
  • Able to take initiative and a love for outdoors
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Flexible, polite, creative, friendly and positive
  • Able to work any shifts within the hours of operation of 7:00  to 18:00

The Ideal Candidate Is

A CCA with at least 1 year childcare experience.  * We are prepared to train the right candidate.

OR

A CCA in training to achieve  an ECE 2 classification 

Has/willing to obtain Circle of Security training

Dependable, friendly, kind, patient

Takes iinitiative and is professional.

Enjoys working with children of all ages, both indoors and outdoors
