This position will be part of a child care director team and be responsible for multi-site school age child care programs.

Are you the right fit?
- Able to manage multiple school age programs and their employees
- Experience recruiting, training and coaching supervisors and staff
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Able to apply ELCC and the Y’s policies, procedures, regulations and standards
- Able to develop and maintain partnerships with school divisions and administration
- Proven ability to build rapport with children and their families
What else do you need?
- 3-5 years in a childcare setting with supervisory and/or management experience
- Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level III. ECE II - in training would be considered.
- Knowledge of child care regulations, best practices and school age child development
- Understanding of emergent curriculum and staff leadership development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and various locations
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification
- Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
