Full time Position with Benefits 

CCA $19.40 per hour with 40-hour training plus years of experience, or $15.80 without

Start Date: July 11, 2025

● Provide additional support within the program to help co-regulate children with additional support
needs

Provide a safe, caring and educational environment
● Observe and anticipate children’s triggers and offer tools to help regulate (e.g. deep breathing
techniques, fidget gadgets, offering safe places, sensory exploration, etc.)
● Participate in daily bus runs/school pick-up/drop-off
● Other duties as assigned 

Positive attitude with lots of energy and creativity
● Works well independently and as part of a team
● Familiarity with emergent curriculum/play-based approach
● Familiarity with Circle of Security philosophy an asset but not required; candidate must be able to
offer a safe place for children to express feelings and emotions
● Ability to take initiative and think outside the box
● Eligible candidates must obtain/provide:
○ CCA classification prior to start date
○ First Aid/CPR prior to start date as well as Commit to Kids Training
○ Current Criminal/Child Abuse Check
○ Center-provided Circle of Security training
● Class 4 license an asset, but not required
