Full Description
key responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate activities, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders, confident room awareness and group control, interest in working in a team based environment. flexibility and time management skills are helpful.
Qualifications include
- 40 hour course
- current first aid and CPR
- clear child abuse and criminal record checks (reimbursed after probation)
- must be available before and after school
- working conditions include standing, bending, lifting materials, long periods of concentration, and year round indoor and outdoor working conditions.

A childcare assistant who has experience working with school aged children. this person is committed to fostering a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive. our program is based on mutual respect and spending time outdoors. we strive for a Circle of Security philosophy to teamwork and caregiving.
This position is before and after school. It has guaranteed 20 hours a week, with full days on in-services, winter and spring breaks, and summer.
