Join Our Team at Integral School Before & After Child Care Centre!
Integral School Before and After Child Care Centre is a small, close-knit child care program located on Waverley (Lindenwood area). We provide a safe and enriching environment for 23 children, including 8 kids aged 5 years old and the rest at school age, from Grades 1 to 6.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator who values building a caring and inclusive community. At Integral School, we celebrate diversity, curiosity, and exploration while fostering respectful and nurturing relationships that support every child’s development. Additionally, we specialize in helping children improve their skills in math, science, and English to support their academic growth.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
ECE II/III classification (Province of Manitoba).
A valid First Aid Certificate with Level C CPR.
A clear Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Persons and Child Abuse Registry.
Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of child development.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and align with the values and mission of Integral School.
Experience with the Circle of Security framework and play-based learning is an asset but not required.
