About The Role:
At Can You Imagine Inc., we know that strong leadership creates strong teams and strong
teams create the best experiences for children and families. We are looking for a Site
Supervisor at our Weston School location to join our team, who is ready to guide, support, and
inspire staff while helping us deliver high-quality, inclusive care.

The Site Supervisor provides leadership within the classroom by mentoring peers, supporting
curriculum planning, and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
This position focuses on program quality, reflective practice, and collaboration, with some
administrative tasks.

This position is located at our Weston School Site at 1410 Logan Avenue in the Weston
community.

This site has both preschool and school age children.

This position is a 3 month term, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of an extension. You must be available to work any shift within the Center's operating hours of 7:00 to 5:30.

What You’ll Do:
● Plan, lead and model high-quality, play-based programming
● Mentor and support educators in planning and documentation
● Ensure programming reflects children’s interests and Manitoba’s Curriculum Framework
● Monitor health, safety, and classroom environments
● Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and engagement.
● Promote inclusion, belonging, and continuous learning
