About The Role:
At Can You Imagine Inc., we know that strong leadership creates strong teams and strong
teams create the best experiences for children and families. We are looking for a Site Supervisor
to join our team who is ready to guide, support, and inspire staff while helping us
deliver high-quality, inclusive care.

The Site Supervisor provides leadership within the classroom by mentoring peers, supporting
curriculum planning, and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
This position focuses on program quality, reflective practice, and collaboration, with some
administrative tasks.

This position is located at our River Elm School Site at 500 Riverton Avenue in the Elmwood
community.

This position is a full time split shift, paid 8 hours per day. You will work 7:00 to 9:00 and 3:00 to
5:30 on regular school days, and 8 hour shifts on School Inservice Days. Additional time within
your 40 hour week will be used towards organizational and administrative duties as required.

What You’ll Do:
● Plan, lead and model high-quality, play-based programming
● Mentor and support educators in planning and documentation
● Ensure programming reflects children’s interests and Manitoba’s Curriculum Framework
● Monitor health, safety, and classroom environments
● Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and engagement.
● Promote inclusion, belonging, and continuous learning
