Full Description

Purple Monkey Child Care Corp. is searching for an energetic, committed Early Childcare Educator II to work at one of our locations. Must be available to work any shift within our operating hours of Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm. This position offers a straight shift working 9:00am-5:00pm. Shifts may vary depending on the needs of the centre. Starting wage is $27.56/hour

The Ideal Candidate Is

  • Ability to lead and guide a team of Childcare Assistants 
  • Positive team player
  • Reliable 
  • Holds an ECE II  classification in Manitoba
  • Can work in a busy work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility 
  • Open to constructive feedback and guidance, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
  • Current First aid/CPR
  • Must have criminal record checks and child abuse registry with vulnerable sector within three months or willing to obtain
  • Experience working with school age children 
  • Commit to kids Certificate or willing to obtain 
  • Accessibility training Certificate or willing to obtain
