Richmond Kings Nursery School Inc. is a non-profit, charitable, licensed nursery school located in Winnipeg. We offer both morning and afternoon programs, with sessions running from 9:00–11:15 a.m. and 1:00–3:15 p.m.

Position: Inclusion Support Child Care Assistant
Location: Richmond Kings Nursery School, Winnipeg
Hours: Part-time up to 20 hours per week; schedule to be determined
Start Date: September 2026

        Responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized support to a child within the classroom
• Supporting participation in classroom routines, activities, and play
• Encouraging social interaction and positive relationships with peers
• Assisting with transitions and daily routines
• Working collaboratively with the classroom teacher and support team
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

         Requirements:

• Recognized 40-hour course 
• Minimum of two year's experience as a Child Care Assistant or relevant role with demonstrated ability to deliver programs
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
• Clear and current Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search  (within the last 3 months)
• Clear and current Child Abuse Registry Check  (within the last 3 months)
• Commit to kids training
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
