Full Description

Leila Daycare Center Inc.is looking for an experienced Team Lead for the centre. The eligible candidate must have their Level 2 certified in Manitoba and previous experience in a daycare.  Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Full time shift any time between the hours of 700am-530pm, but will consider a Part Time shift as well.  (If Full-Time must be available for split shifts when needed)

Some of the job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Working on the floor with children aged 12 months-12 years old.
• Have really good behaviour management skills.
• Provide programming for the children based on their interests and development.
• Follow all licensing, best practice and health/safety policies.
• Have good knowledge of ratios (included mixed ages)
• Communication effectively with parents and other staff.
• Love going outside in all weather.
• Guiding, mentoring, supporting staff in the centre.
• Ability to plan and organize centre staffing schedules an asset.
• Will take over in absence of Director and Supervisor when needed sporatically.
