Must have;
-ECE 2 classification from the Province of Manitoba
- cleared police and child abuse registry check.
- understand and speak English well, including written communication skills
- be energetic, enthusiastic, creative and caring

-must be willing to plan and implement activities for preschool children 

- be a good listener and have good communication skills
- be an excellent team player
- be flexible, reliable, highly motivated and enthusiastic 
- display a high level of professionalism
- have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- have the ability to work in partnership with families
