Harstone Children’s Centre is located in Winnipeg’s vibrant West End and operates six locations, all within walking distance of one another.

We are looking for casual, flexible substitute staff to join our team! This is an ideal opportunity for a university or college student, or anyone with a flexible schedule who is looking to pick up extra hours and gain valuable experience working in childcare.

We can provide schedules in advance whenever possible, outlining the dates and hours we anticipate needing coverage. We are also looking for individuals who are available to accept shifts on shorter notice when unexpected staffing needs arise.

A few things to know:

This is a casual, on-call position and is not full-time employment.

There is flexibility to work around school, other employment, or personal commitments.

More hours available on in-services, and holiday breaks 

We are happy to hire multiple candidates for this role.

All required credentials must be obtained prior to applying.
