The Preschool Supervisor will be Responsible for:

• Mentoring and Guiding Staff to Reach their Full Potential as ECE’s and CCA’s
• Assist in the Development and growth of a high quality, inclusive and child/play based program
• Have a strong understanding and implementation  of  the Circle of Security or willingness to learn and embrace.
• Value the importance of Connection and Secure Attachment with children
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to oversee staff and program in 2 classrooms and 32 preschool children
• Represents  the Early Learning Profession and Our Centre in a positive way
• Dedicated to continual growth and commitment to leading a team with passion that matches our philosophy
• Ability to engage employees to create and apply a common vision and goals for the children’s program.
• Ability to schedule shifts and changes.

Windsor Park Children's Care Centre is hiring a Full time permanent Preschool Supervisor. The Successful Candidate will:

• ECE 11 or 111
• Have Previous Supervisor Experience
• Be Willing to Obtain a Clear Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Check
• Willing to obtain a Class 4 Drivers License   (At Centre expense)
