Whitemouth Child Care Centre Inc. is now hiring an ECE III for Executive Director! We are a newly opened daycare centre with infant, preschool and school age spaces and a dedicated team of staff already established. We will have a benefits package, paid planning time and sick/personal days. We are looking for a patient, detail oriented individual, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a safe environment for our children to grow and thrive. Schedule:

• 8 hours/day
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute or relocate to:

• Whitemouth, MB

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree ECE III
• Willing to obtain First Aid & CPR
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
• Clear child abuse registry check
• Minimum of five years experience in a group child care program
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work closely with other team members
• Sensitivity and respect for individual and cultural differences
• High energy level and ability to meet the physical demands of the job
• Sound knowledge of desktop programs including Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
