| Eligible Candidates |
-Must be classified as an ECE 2 in Manitoba -Current First Aid/CPR C -Trained in the Circle of Security (or be willing to be trained) -Experience in a planning, leading, and managing a school age environment -Positive and clear communication and guidance skills -Inclusive -Great relationships with children, families, co-workers, and community members -Ability to think outside the box, creating invitations to play, loose parts, reflective practices, and documentations -Current Cleared Criminal Record Check -Current Cleared Child Abuse Registry Check -Passion for childcare in the downtown/inner city area -Friendly, approachable, and active with all of the children -Inventive -Ability to work in a split shift school age program
