| Description | Are you looking to have fun and spend hours outside this summer? SCC is the place to be! Strathmillan Children’s Centre is looking for an energetic, friendly Child Care Assistant to join our team for the summer. We are located in St. James – Assiniboia neighborhood inside Strathmillan School. We are looking for someone who is a team player, loves the outdoors, is able to work in a fast paced environment and strives to inspire and educate children ages 3-11 years. The candidate must be reliable, responsible, patient and possess excellent communication skills. |
| Eligible Candidates |
Eligible Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain: 1) Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search 2) Child Abuse Registry Check 3) Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification Completion of course work equivalent to the 40 hour course requirement is considered an asset, and required within the first year of employment. |
