| Description | Splash Child Enrichment Centre are looking for experienced CCAs to join our incredible dedicated team and programs. Experience working with preschool children (ages 2-6yrs) with all abilities and challenges, Circle of Security and knowledge of Indigenous culture are assets. As well as connecting with the community. Our new team member is: Someone with an open mind and flexible, a hard working individual who loves to play outside in all types of weather. Someone who takes initiative and is passionate about Early Learning. CCA will have knowledge and experience working with children with additional support needs, experience working with specialists and families and professionals. They will work hand in hand with our ECEs and leadership team. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literate and willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment. Looking for caring and contributing individuals who hold accountability, excellence, and safety in mind. They will have completed or is willing to obtain Level C first aid/CPR, a criminal record check, child abuse check and CCA classification. If this is you, we’d love to have you as part of our team! | Eligible Candidates |
Eligible candidates will have: CCA certificate, current first aid, criminal background and child abuse registry checks required under vulnerable sector, 40 hour course completion preferred, previous experience working in a child care setting and with inclusion is an asset, professional behavior, strong work ethic, and consistent customer service.
