Early Childhood Educator |
Description | Our philosophy is that childhood is a special time in life that should be celebrated and embraced. Each child’s journey will be unique, at their own pace and never rushed. All children deserve to feel significant, loved, respected and genuinely needed while appreciating their cultural background, gender and developmental abilities. Play experiences are inspired by our children and will promote their physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. Opportunities must be provided to develop independence, problem-solving skills and creativity. A warm, positive, and stimulating environment is necessary for children. This and a sense of safety will enable learning and exploration. Our early childhood educators and child care assistants are warm, loving individuals trained in early childhood care and education. They work together as a team to maintain a positive environment for the children. They will model appropriate behaviour for both children and parents. We believe that parents are the most significant people in a child’s life. Educators strive to build strong relationships with parents and recognize open communication is key to providing consistency is a child’s life. If your philosophy aligns with ours then please submit your resume. |
