Description | Are You Ready to Shape the Future of Early Learning? Roblin Park Children’s Programs is seeking an inspiring and innovative ECE to join our team! If you’re passionate about creating dynamic and inclusive learning environments, and driving excellence in early childhood education, this role is perfect for you. This position on our management team has a flexible start date and allows you to set your own daily routine and hours of work while providing support and guidance to our amazing team of educators and the different programs we offer. Your daily routine should include up to 3 hours of admin time. Flexibility is key and assistance necessary to maintain ratio when the need presents itself. What You’ll Do: • Create Inclusive and Stimulating Environments: Lead the development of engaging, inclusive spaces that support every child’s growth and learning. • Enhance Program Quality: Elevate our play-based educational programs by integrating the latest research and best practices. • Strengthen Engagement: Build deeper, more meaningful connections between educators and children, enhancing the overall learning experience. • Set Purposeful Goals: Assist in crafting meaningful goals for both programs and individual children, ensuring they thrive. • Develop Empowering Workshops: Design and facilitate workshops on site that equip educators with the skills and confidence they need to succeed during team meetings during operating hours. • Lead with Vision: Play a key role in leading team meetings, ensuring alignment and collaboration across our team. • Promote Consistency and Innovation: Advocate for consistency in teaching practices while developing and implementing enhancements when change is needed. • Strengthen Pedagogical Knowledge: Continuously advance your understanding of early childhood pedagogy, staying aligned with the latest research and developments. • Maintain a Growth Mindset: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, fostering a growth mindset among educators and students alike.
