| Description | We are hiring for our school age roll away program. We have age group of approx grade 2-3 ( it may vary). The room has 20 children in it. We are based out of the school gym for that part of the program. In addition we have 2 classrooms in the school aswell. This job requires a creative active mind to keep budding brains working well and learning and intrigued! We would love for someone energetic, patient, and set in their morals to join our team. Strong english skills are a must. Ability to have a good handle on behaviour management and ability to keep kids attention. We are very active in summer as well and do a ton of field trips. There is not much we say no to as long as its workable for us to do! Shifts will be 7-9am Split and 12-6 to make an 8 hour day. Kids are with us 7-9, 12- 1 and 330-6. Straight non split shifts will be set up on non school days including spring break, summer etc. We follow the MCCA wage scale of 2022. We have paid sick days(12 per year and a personal day per year) paid holidays (2 weeks to start) we also do 4% pension contributions as well as 50-50- paid benefits after the probation period.
