Early Childhood Educator

Are you fun, energetic and creative! Come join us! Playstreet Childcare is a licensed childcare center in Teulon, Manitoba and we care for children infant to school age. We are looking for an ECE II to work full time in our preschool programs. Position would start Oct 2/23. Salaries are based o the 2023/2024 wage grid.

The successful applicant will have:

•  ECE II/III certification from the Province of Manitoba
• Current CPR C/First Aid certification
• Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search and child abuse registry checks
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of child development
• Be a team player
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment
• Planning and implementing a curriculum based on the interests and needs of the child
• Willing to work in a rural community
