| Description | Pembina Valley Child Care Centres is hiring a Site Manager for our Morden Site. We offer MCCA 2020 salary scale, an Annual Professional Development Day, paid sick days, no evenings or weekend meetings, a collaborative management team to work with, as well as a pension plan and Blue Cross group benefits. Some responsibilities would include management of daily operations which includes scheduling staff, mentoring staff, maintaining waitlist and enrollment, and family communications; working collaboratively with two other locations; and ensuring all policies and licensing requirements are met. |
