Early Childhood Educator

Are you an energetic, caring, and compassionate ECE II/III, looking for a permanent full time position at a brand new facility opening September 2023? If so Oak Bluff Early Years (OBEY) is looking for you!!!!

We are looking for people that are interested in working with all age groups; infant, preschool, and school age. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, be eager about early learning, patient, motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. We are located in Oak Bluff, MB. Just outside of the south west perimeter!

Must:
-Have their ECE II/III certification
-Have or be willing to obtain Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Check prior to our centre opening
-Have some experience as a front-line ECE in Canada
-Be honest, kind, empathetic, friendly and enthusiastic
-Have vast knowledge of Child Development
-Provide a nurturing, inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff.
-Be familiar with the Best Practices Licensing Manual for Early Learning and Child Care
-Have experience working with preschool children and infants ages 12 weeks and up
-Have experience in planning and implementing emergent curriculum
