| Description | O.K. Before & After School Child Care Centres Inc. is looking for a full-time ECE II/III to join our leadership team at our A.E. Wright site. This room provides care for twenty nine children ages 5 to 12 years old. A successful candidate for this position would have strong leadership skills, be passionate about building a caring community, welcome diversity, inquiry and exploration. We foster respectful and nurturing relationships with the children’s development in mind. We are looking for individuals who are reflective, dynamic and open to new challenges. |

Applicants must have: - ECE II/III classification from the Province of Manitoba - Current First Aid with Level C CPR Certificate - Will need to provide a clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Persons and Child Abuse Registry Check Applicants must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, an understanding of child development, the ability to be a great team leader and be able to reflect our beliefs and values. *Experience with Circle of Security and Play Based Learning would be an asset but not required. This position is based on a 37.5 hour spli shift week. We offer a competitive salary (above ELCC Wage Grid), an excellent benefits package including paid planning time and professional development. |
