ECE II or ECE III

Early Childhood Educator

Lovin’N Learnin’ Day Care is seeking an ECE II or ECE III to join our team! We are a small 24 space family focused centre located in Southdale. We provide care for children ages 2-5 years. We recognize the positive impact of connecting with nature and spend lots of our time outdoors. We also provide a workplace that is fun, supportive, and caring.

We are seeking an ECE:

· Who has a passion for the field of Early Learning and Child Care

· Who loves to play with the children

· Who has strong leadership skills and is able to mentor coworkers

· Who has or is willing to obtain Circle of Security training and is able to build strong relationships with the children

· Who is able to work between the hours of 7:00 am- 5:30 pm (rotating shifts)

· Who has the ability and desire to lead and mentor coworkers

Qualifications:

· ECE II or ECE III classification in Manitoba

· Current first aid/CPR

· Clear criminal record and child abuse checks

Compensation:

· $20.73-$23.66 per hour/ 40 hour work week (dependent on training and experience)

· Benefits after three months through Blue Cross Manitoba (50/50 share)

· Pension contribution matching up to 4% after 3 months

· On site PD
