Early Childhood Educator

Little Bo Peep Early Learning Center Inc has an exciting opportunity for a full time ECE II  to join our amazing team and preschool program. We are open year-round and located in Windsor Park and we are close to numerous bus routes. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6pm. Our emergent curriculum-based program is looking for an individual who is energetic, flexible, team focused and inclusive, to work in a rewarding environment that helps children grow and develop their skills and abilities.  We offer a benefits package, 3 weeks vacation, sick time, with an incentive to convert sick time to a vacation day every three months, and competitive salary. The eligible candidate must be available to work any time within our hours of operation.

Must have an Early Childhood Educator II classification from Province of MB ·         Willing to obtain a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check ·         Valid or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR.  We offer competitive wages, benefits, pension plan, paid sick time (12 days per year), and 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year of continuous employment. As well as a unique opportunity to earn up to 4 extra paid vacation days per year.
