| Description | Kinder Korner Early Learning Centre Inc. in Steinbach has an opening for an evening supervisor position available immediately. The evening supervisor will work together with the morning supervisor and Site Manager to ensure that the center is running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Duties include but are not limited to: -ensuring licensing and best practices are being implemented and followed -ensure proper closure of center at the end of each day -ensuring that all cleaning required is completed for closure -staff/Site Manager/ED/board relations -act as a parent contact when Site Managers are unavailable -ensure all safety protocols are being followed -scheduling/planning/newsletters – hours are 10 am to 6 pm for evening supervisors -other duties as assigned Benefits include, 12 paid sick days a year, 50/50 split with employer for CSBT health benefits, pension with Industrial Alliance and Hi Mama Academy membership. Starting wage $55078.40/annually based on an 8 hour workday, Monday to Friday each week. |

Applicants must possess: - ECE II or III certificate - Strong communication skills - Demonstrate strong organizational skills - Proficient with computer programs such as word and excel - Be up to date on licensing/best practices/health and safety protocols - Demonstrate punctuality and good attendance - Work well under pressure - Knowledge of current parent and staff policy manuals - Demonstrate critical thinking skills - Foster a positive team environment. - Have previous experience as a supervisor and at least 2 years of experience as a trained ECE II or III |
