| Description | Just a short 10 minute drive from Winnipeg, J.A. Cuddy Child Care Centre is a small rural Centre in the town of Sanford, MB. Our close-knit team includes locals, as well as those that drive from the city each day. We are licensed for 77 children – 8 infants, 39 preschool and 30 school age children. We are looking looking for a dedicated ECE who is energetic, has a passion for working with children, and loves to have fun. We offer: – 8 hour shifts with a paid break and planning daily – paid Centre closure between Christmas and New Years – winter storm/poor road conditions plan in place – salary scale starting at, or above target wages depending on experience – paid MCCA dues – benefits with Blue Cross (health, dental and extended) – pension (Manulife/Standard Life) – 3 weeks holidays to start – paid sick days – 3 paid personal days/year – Paid professional development (group & individual) – We also close down for a minimum one group professional development day per year. The type of PD varies each year |
| Eligible Candidates |
- have their ECE II or III designation - be flexible -be creative and innovative -be caring and nurturing -must have a valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or be willing to obtain) -must have a clear criminal record and child abuse registry check (or willing to obtain)
