Eligible Candidates

To be eligible for this position, you must:

  • have an ECE 2 classification from Province of MB.
  • be 18 years or older
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • have a clear and current (less than 3 months old)  criminal record and child abuse registry check
  • have a current CPR and First Aid certificate level C
  • have knowledge of child development
  • be positive, friendly, flexible and patient
  • be able to work any shifts between the hours of operation of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • be familiar with Emergent Curriculum and Play Based Curriculum.
  • be hands on and love the outdoors
  • be able to work as part of a team
  • Be creative, fun and energetic
  • Have experience working in an infant or toddler room
  • Albe to engage infants and toddlers in activities and songs.

We may consider a CCA IN TRAINING, if candidate is a good fit.
