| Description | A successful ECE at our centre is expected to: -implement a well rounded program and ensure others understand the areas from which the program draws inspiration, in particular, child directed play-based learning and staff facilitation. -provide positive guidance through role modelling for other staff members. -lead staff; participate in the creation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally and educationally appropriate program. The program should foster social, physical, emotional, cognitive and creative development. -guide and coach staff, observe children’s emerging interests and provide research opportunities and materials. -lead the staff in observing and documenting children’s play for Instagram. -Benefits and Pension matching after 3 months. -Professional development -Paid breaks, sick time and vacation time. The term is October 2024-June 2025 with a possibility of an extension.

Successful applicant will be and ECE 11 who is looking for experience in a play based, child led environment. Available to work any shift from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Must be an open minded, cooperative, reliable individual who enjoys their work. |
