Beaumont Day Care CHILDREN are looking for YOU! They require a fun, energetic and good sense of humor person that has a passion for working with children.

Responsible for helping to meet the emotional, physical, social and cognitive needs of the children in our School Age and Preschool Rooms.

Implementing activities according to each child’s individual developmental abilities, interests and needs.

Assisting with the setting up and the implementation of special events and field trips.

Position:  Term from June to September 2023 with possibility of leading to permanent part-time or full-time position in September 2023.

Hours:  30-40 hours per week

SALARY:  $14.15 – $18.45 (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE)

• Valid First Aid & CPR certificate
• 18 years of age or older
• Child Care Assistant Certificate
• Criminal Record Check - vulnerable sector (date stamped within the last 3 months)
• Child Abuse Registry (date stamped within the last 3 months)
• Circle of Security training is an asset
• Must be between 18 – 30 years (as required by Canada Summer Jobs Program)
