Ashworth Children's Centre Inc. is now accepting resumes for an ECE 2 in our Preschool rooms. We are licensed for 40 children in this space. This shift will likely be 9:30/10 to 5:30/6. Successful applicants will possess the following: -ECE II Classification -relationship focused caregiving lens -Strong communication skills, both written and oral -Strong programming skills and knowledge of Emergent Curriculum -Strong knowledge of ELCC Licensing Best Practices -Reliability, responsibility, flexibility, adaptability, a good sense of humor, empathy, professionalism, respect for others -A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and in a team environment -Positive behavior management strategies -Experience working in an inclusive environment an asset - Enjoys being outside Successful candidate will be subject to an Investigation Authorization/Child Abuse Registry Check |
