-Supervise daily operations of the centre including the staff and daily program
-Ensure compliance with the Provincial regulations, Child Care Standards Act and Policies established by the Board of Directors
-Centre book keeping, maintaining budget
-Maintain confidentiality of all information related to children, parents, and staff

| Elegible Candidates |
-ECE II or III (if ECE II, must be willing to enroll in ECE III training as recognized by the Province of Manitoba)
-Ability to direct, instruct, nurture and care for children
-Good physical and mental health
-Must possess a dependable, consistent and reliable work record
-Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
-Must possess effective communication skills in English
-Must be able to adapt easily to change
-Computer experience is required
-Certified First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
-Current criminal record and child abuse registry clearance (or willingness to obtain)
-Valid driver’s license
-Previous experience would be an asset |
